INSTRUCTION FOR AUTHORS

REGULAR PRESENTATIONS: there is 45 minutes for each talk (including discussion). Each room will be equipped with a projector and a computer. If you are planning to use the multimedia during the talk, we kindly suggest the presentation to be prepared in the pdf format (in case of other formats, participants may be asked to use their own computers).

POSTERS: The maximum size of posters is A0, landscape orientation.

There are places at the University of Warsaw campus where one can print a poster: HERE is one of them (located on the main campus, 5 minutes from the conference venue, the website is in Polish but it contains a map with directions).

REGISTRATION, FEES AND PAYMENT

We invite submissions for 45 minute talks and/or for the poster session. A one-page abstract of maximum 500 words should be sent by email (to: ccc@obf.edu.pl) by the 1st of February 2016. The abstract, in the pdf format, should be prepared for a blind peer review.

The authors are also kindly asked to fill out and attach the FOLLOWING FORM: RTF FORMAT , ODT FORMAT , TEX FORMAT.

Those who would like to attend the conference without presenting a paper are requested to send the filled registration form by the 1st of May 2016.

Registration fee: 85 EUR or 360 PLN

The registration fee includes conference materials, program attendance and coffee-break refreshments.
